Philips invited 360ties to the International Consumer Electronics Fair in Berlin. In doing so, we were to accompany the release of the new Philips Flite headphones. That’s where the 360ties photo technique fit perfectly into the concept. With our 360ties Booth we photographed fair visitors with the new feather-light headdress seemingly floating. Over the course of 6 days at the trade fair, around 250 shots were taken per day in the all-round view. More than 3,450 enthusiasts rushed in front of the cameras and eagerly shared the 1,500 Bullet Time shots on Facebook and Instagram. Philips used a competition as a further booster for the campaign: If players shared the picture with the corresponding hashtags, they could win an attractive grand prize.
